Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and Platform policies. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, illegal goods, counterfeit items, and hazardous materials. Vendors must also ensure their listings do not mislead customers.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

Vendors agree to process and fulfill orders promptly and in accordance with our Shipping and Fulfillment Policy. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and professional manner.

6. Payments and Fees

We will collect payments from customers on behalf of vendors and remit the proceeds, minus applicable fees, to vendors in accordance with our Payment and Commission Policy. Vendors are responsible for any taxes associated with their sales.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for handling customer returns and refunds. Vendors agree to comply with this policy and handle returns and refunds promptly.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Vendors grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their trademarks and content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users and vendors agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices;

  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform;

  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
