Hair Contract
SERVICE PER PERSON POLICY
- You may add additional people up until the day of service, provided the stylist has availability and agrees to the change. You may reduce the number of people up to three months before the service date without losing your deposit. Cancellations or reductions made within three months of the service date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit ($50 per person).
- An additional charge of $25 per hour will apply for start times before 7:00 a.m.
- Due to a precise schedule, waiting time is limited to a maximum of 5 minutes before or between each service. A fee of $1 per minute will apply after the 5-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you will forfeit your deposit, and after 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
- Hair must be washed and completely dried the day before the service. Do not sleep with damp hair, as this can cause breakage, tangling, and frizz. A $50 fee if hair is less than 90% dry.
- A $50 fee will apply if you request a style change after the service has reached the halfway point. Please be certain of your desired look prior to the appointment, and bring reference photos of your inspiration to ensure clarity.
- These policies are in place to prevent delays. While prior appointments may occasionally run longer than expected, every effort will be made to begin your service promptly. You agree to remain flexible with the stylist’s start time as long as the service is completed on time.
- For scheduling efficiency, larger groups will receive priority. Individuals and smaller groups are expected to be flexible and accommodate adjustments based on the stylist’s schedule.
- Exclusive bookings for the day are available at a cost of six people.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel this contract at any time up to three (3) months prior to the service date without forfeiting your deposit.
- Cancellations made within three (3) months of the service date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within one (1) month of the service date will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the total estimate.
- Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the service date will be charged one hundred percent (100%) of the total estimate.
- You may reschedule your service and transfer your deposit to another available date within six (6) months of the original service date.
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A refundable deposit of fifty dollars ($50) is required to secure and save the service date, and deposit of service $50/person. Total minimum deposit booking for 1 person is $100.
- If any member of your party violates the policies outlined above, a non-refundable charge of fifty dollars ($50) per person will apply. The stylist is not responsible for determining which individual caused the forfeiture of deposit(s); it is the responsibility of your party to resolve. Otherwise, deposit(s) will be applied toward the total service cost at the conclusion of services.
- Rental deposit(s) must also be paid in advance to secure and save the rental(s). Without payment, we reserve the right to refuse rental on the day of service.
- Deposit(s) will be returned once all balances are paid in full and/or all rental items are returned. Deposits may also be submitted via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay with the note: “Deposit for [Insert Date], referred by [Insert Name/Place].”
- By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and consent to The Annalee Project’s use of photos taken during or after your service for promotional and marketing purposes.
Once you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions above and wish to proceed with booking, please return to the hairstylist profile and complete your booking deposit. Your deposit will serve as your signature, and the date the deposit is submitted will mark the effective date of this contract. Makeup Contract
SERVICE PER PERSON POLICY
You may add people up to the day of service, only if the artist had time and agreed to add. You may subtract people up to 3 months prior to the service date without loosing Deposit. After that, you will loose the Deposit.
Due to tight and precise schedule, wait time should only be 5mins max before/between each service, longer than 5mins will be charge $1/min for extra wait time.
There will be extra charge when changing style after halfway done, therefore, be firm with what you want before service start, it’s best to have pictures of inspirations ready to show before service.
These violations can lead to delays in our schedule and we aim to have every client done on time. Due to the nature of our business, prior appointments can take longer than expected, leading to delay of the next appointment start time; however, this should not keep us from meeting your preparation time. We require your flexibility with my start time if you are not the first party of the day. If we have a group/party scheduled before yours, we are not obligated to be on time to the later party(s) that I schedule. You can book us exclusively for the day starting at the rate of at least 6 people.

Catering Contract
SERVICE PER PERSON POLICY
You may add or subtract people up to 15 days prior to the day of service.
Final revisions such as times, menus and rentals need to be made by 15 days prior to your event.
Any cake toppers, flowers, or ribbon must be to us no later than 17 days prior to the event.
There is a $100 charge for delay of meal service by more than twenty minutes.
There will be extra charge when changing style after halfway done, therefore, be firm with what you want before service start, it’s best to have pictures of inspirations ready to show before service.
50% of the total balance is due 17 days prior to the event, remaining balance is due on or before date of service.
Any rented equipment MUSt be returned within a week of your event, you will be billed for the replacement of any non-returned equipment. The Annalee Project is Not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Rental Contract
SEVERABILITY
The provider of this rental contract shall be severed able so that the unenforceability or waiver of the provisions shall not affect the remaining provisions RESPONSIBILITY OF USE & DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES. You are responsible for the use of the rented items and venue. You assume all risks inherent to the operation and use of rented items and venue, and agree to assume the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnify and hold TAP Rentals and Partners harmless from and herby release TAP Rentals & Partners from, and all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the items, whether or not it be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or part from TAP Rentals & Partners’ negligence, from the defective condition of the items and venue, or any other cause. YOU AGREE THAT NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE HAVE BEEN MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE EQUIPMENT RENTED.
EQUIPMENT FAILURE
You agree to immediately discontinue the use of rented items should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair, and will immediately (one hour or less) notify TAP Rentals & Partners of the facts. TAP Rentals & Partners agrees at our discretion to make the items operable within a reasonable time, or provide a like item if available, or make a like item available at another time, or adjust rental charges. The provision does not relieve renter from the obligations of the contract. In all events, TAP Rentals & Partners shall not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from failure or defect of rented items.
USE OF EQUIPMENT
Renter agrees & covenants to be satisfied with the instruction and condition of equipment rented and of the proper and safe use of equipment, or that renter is so familiar and conveyed to TAP Rentals & Partners you were. Renter further agrees that the items will be used only at the address listed on the contract, and only for the purpose for which it was intended and manufactured. Subleasing or improper use is prohibited. Renter agrees they have read all instruction manuals, operating instructions and warnings related to rented items.
CARE OF EQUIPMENT
In addition to its other obligations hereunder; Renter shall: Pay a reasonable cleaning charge for items returned dirty. Protect the rented items from weather damage, breakage, unauthorized or improper use, theft or loss while in the possession of the renter.
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
All items are to be inspected by customer at time of drop off. If problems with items, TAP Rentals & Partners must be notified before event. Renter is responsible for equipment from time of possession to time of return. Renter assumes the entire risk of loss, regardless of cause. If items are lost, stolen, damaged, renter will assumed all costs of replacement or repair, including all labor costs. Renter shall pay a reasonable cleaning charge for rented items returned dirty. Any items not wanted upon delivery are still to be paid for by customer.
INSURANCE
Renter shall maintain, at renter’s expenses, liability, property, and casualty insurance coverage in an amount sufficient to fully protect TAP Rentals & Partners and its equipment against any and all claims, loss, or damage of whatever nature or type.
PRICING
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices represented on price list represent a one-day rental period, which includes customer pick-up/delivery the day before the event, keeping the items for the day of the rental, and customer return/pick-up on the day after the event. If you wish to rent items for an extended period of time, please contact us for additional rates. All rentable items will be listed at purchase price. You must assume the purchase price. Return All Rental Item(s) in the same condition as received within 3 days to receive 60% refund (rental cost). Return Rental Item(s) within 5 days to receive 50% refund. After 7 days without returning any item(s), it’ll be final as Purchased, no refund.
PAYMENT
All orders are to be PAID IN FULL, before the time of delivery/customer pick-up. Accepted payment methods are Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cards. Items will be not be delivered/released unless the total is paid in full, renter shall pay all charges payable under this contract in advance, provided however that all foregoing shall not limit the amount payable by the renter hereunder and all additional amounts hereunder shall be paid immediately as such costs are incurred. Renter shall pay all reasonable costs of collections, court, and attorney fees. In addition to other charges and cost provided herein, the renter shall pay charges in accordance with company rates then in effect for the following services:
Delivery or pickup further than 10 miles radius
Delivery or pickup from any location to other than ground level
Setup/knockdown of tables and chairs
Packaging materials are not returned
Site planning and preparation
Last-minute or rush orders
Extreme weather conditions
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Renter shall pay 50% security deposit at the time of reservation. The security deposit will be returned upon cancelation up until 30 days of the event date. The deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is canceled within 15-day period before the reservation event date. The security deposit will be returned after final inspection if all the rentals are returned in the same condition as delivered. Security deposit will be kept accordingly to the charge if there was any dirty/damaged/lost items. If items are returned dirty, 10% of the purchase price shall be forfeited. In addition, damaged or lost items will incur the full purchase price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon confirmation of a rental order, the customer must give a deposit to reserve the order. If the customer decides to cancel an order prior to the event, it must be done 15 days prior to the event date, for all items. If a customer cancels an event within 15 days of the event, TAP Rentals & Partners will retain the security deposit. Customer does, however, have the option to move rental date, as long as all items are still available, within 12 months of the canceled date. If items originally rented are not available on the new date, similar replacement items will be issued.
TIME OF RETURN
Renter’s right of possession terminates upon the expiration of the rental period set forth on contract. Renter shall return rented items to TAP Rentals & Partners during regular business hours, promptly upon, or prior to the expiration of the rental period. If the renter does not timely return, the rental rate shall continue until items are returned.
RETURN / FINAL INSPECTION
TAP Venue & Rentals reserves the right to modify charges for broken, missing, damaged, or dirty items up to 15 days after items have been received prior to going through FINAL inspection.
SUBSURFACE CONDITIONS
Renter agrees to obtain any locating of underground utilities before delivery of rented items. Renter also agree to reimburse TAP Rentals & Partners for any additional costs incurred as a result of undisclosed or subsurface conditions resulting in an additional cost to us.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Renter agrees to assume all risk and agrees to hold TAP Rentals & Partners and any of its staff harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damage, and all costs and expenses arising directly and indirectly at of or relating to:
The delivery, loading, unloading, erection, installation, dismantling, and use of rented equipment
Contact of underground utilities, pipes, or any condition on renter’s property
All necessary surface repairs
Any injury or damage during use of rented equipment including inflatables and interactives
EMERGENCY LINE
If renter does not attempt to contact TAP Rentals & Partners directly after he/she has had a problem with a rental item, no refund nor discount will be given.
